A belated Happy New Year from the team at Primal Snack Box! We hope you all had a fittingly festive Christmas and after much work behind the scenes we are delighted to be back! During December and January we have been busy working away on both our website and on ways to improve our service for our fantastic subscribers. Thank you all for your patience during this time – we do hope it will all be worth the wait!
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES
After much deliberation, we made the difficult decision to offer a monthly box, only. We felt that going forward, this would be best long-term to ensure that we invest the right amount of time into sourcing new and exciting products for all of our subscribers. To all those of you who held a fortnightly subscription with us we’d like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that you wish to keep snacking with us, if only on a monthly basis. Of course, you’re always welcome to buy two boxes throughout the month if one box simply isn’t enough..!

With the new year, we would like to introduce our new boxes: The Savannah and The Forest. As before, we are offering two options for our subscribers, a box that includes meat snacks (The Savannah) and one that is completely meat-free (The Forest). We are pleased to announce (after lots of requests), The Forest is now fully vegan-friendly, too!
Also soon to launch will be our range of limited edition boxes including a children’s box and a breakfast box to name a couple. These boxes will be available to purchase as one-offs and we have some fantastic ideas up our sleeves, so to be sure to stay tuned!
Last year we were overwhelmed with the phenomenal response and support we had received since our launch back in May. We wanted to create ways of rewarding our continually loyal subscribers and have introduced some new ways for us to say thank you.
MONTHLY PRIZE DRAW
Your feedback is extremely valuable to us. With this in mind, we will be offering our followers the opportunity to complete an online questionnaire to review your box. What’s more, every month anyone who completes one of our online surveys will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a Primal Snack Box!
Our surveys will be short and simple and we would very much appreciate any honest feedback and constructive comments that you have about your last box. We wish to improve our service in anyway that we can and so we want to hear your thoughts!

From now on, if you recommend a friend to subscribe with us you can earn £4 to spend towards a snack box! A number of you have been spreading the good word about Primal Snack Box and so we wanted to make sure that your were rewarded for all of your good work.

New for 2015 is also the launch of our blog! We’re extremely proud of the products in our boxes and the producers that make them. We’d like to showcase this with a brand-new interview series in our blog, so that you can get to know the creative and hard-working faces behind the brands.
Our January boxes are available to purchase now! We’d like to apologise for the delay, as always things seem to take a little longer than anticipated. We’ve got some fantastic new products including maple water by DrinkMaple, Beetroot & Parsnip crisps by Nothing But as well as the latest flavour from The Primal Pantry and many more!

For those of you who had a subscription with us prior to December 2014 (currently on hold), these have been cancelled and you will have to complete the sign up process again*. This applies to both fortnightly and monthly subscribers and so we’d like to apologise in advance for this inconvenience. Due to our new site and products, this is necessary and we very much value your patience and understanding and hope that you wish to continue to subscribe with us.
Please note, the Barrecore Box will be available from February onwards whilst we work on our new menu.
