CHANGES TO OUR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

There are some changes afoot here at Primal Snack Box HQ! We have just celebrated our first birthday! We are now officially 1, and what a year it has been. We’ve continued to be overwhelmed with the fantastic support and loyalty of our brilliant subscribers.

In January, we launched our questionnaire – asking you what you liked and how you felt we could improve upon our boxes. We’ve loved all of your suggestions and wishing to offer you the best service, we’ve decided to make a few adjustments to our service based on the feedback.

START OF THE MONTH DISPATCH DATE

Subscription boxes will now be sent in the 1st week of the month. Previously, we had been dispatching boxes on the nearest Friday after your billing date. As we continue to grow, we will follow the format of many other subscription services by dispatching all of our subscription boxes together on the same date.

We also hope that this will also eliminate any potential confusion as to when our fantastic subscribers are to expect to receive their box. As usual, boxes will take between 2 – 3 working days from dispatch to arrive.

What this will mean is that all renewal subscriptions in June will secure your box in July. During this adjustment period, this will mean that no subscription boxes will be sent out during the month of June.

For example:

If you currently have a subscription with us and your billing renewal date falls throughout June, the next box you will receive will be the July box in the first week of the month.

Or

If you sign up to a new subscription with us during July, you will receive your first box in the first week of August.

Of course, we do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause during this short changeover period. However, if you’d like to stock up on snacks, don’t worry, as our One-off Boxes will still be available to purchase throughout the month!

SAME DAY DISPATCH FOR ONE-OFF BOXES

Our next change is that One-off Boxes will now be dispatched every working day for all orders placed before 1pm. Like our subscription boxes, these were all previously sent out on a Friday. However, we realised that this system wasn’t ideal for those of you wishing to purchase the boxes as gifts (or if you had a snack deadline – holidays etc!).

We hope that this new change will be more convenient for those of you who would like to receive your snack selection sooner.

PRODUCT SELECTION

At Primal Snack Box, we always strive to offer our subscribers as much value as possible. Some of the feedback in our surveys revealed that you’d like us to include a wider variety of items such as more meat snacks, drinks, superfoods and in some cases more chocolate etc. in others. Initially, we started by offering 10 snacks per box, however this sometimes meant that we weren’t able include certain higher-priced items in our selection.

Not wishing for our subscribers to miss out on fantastic new products and with a focus on quality not quantity, our boxes will now offer a selection of 7 – 10 items, which will always aim to offer fantastic value. By bringing together an interesting selection of items not readily available on the high-street and offering our subscribers FREE DELIVERY, we will make every effort to continue to do offer our subscribers something special.

We also want to offer our subscribers a little extra in our boxes. As well as a delicious range of products, from July onwards we will be providing recipe cards in our boxes as well as collaborating with some great companies, too. We look forward to revealing more of this throughout June and can’t wait to show you what we’ve got lined up!
